Bach in the Park, a new book by Paola Pomponi

I am pleased to announce “Bach in the Park”, a book written during the isolation and quietude of the covid lockdown by my existential psychotherapist colleague, Paola Pomponi. I took care of the publishing and printing process via Amazon to make this book available to others.

From the back cover:

“Imagine what it would be like sitting on a bench in a park, minding your own business when suddenly you find J. S. Bach next to you.

This is a story about living, loving and dying, temporality, rationality and emotionality. Bach wants to play, rather than answer questions, but perhaps if we listen carefully to his music, we could get a sense of what the other dimension may be like.

A novel written during the long weeks of isolation in the winter of the second Covid lockdown, Bach’s music has been a faithful companion during Paola’s daily walks, coffee in hand, to an old rusty bench in a nearby park.”
